Welcome

I have worked in the Movement and Wellbeing world for over 20years. My fascination with movement started very young in the form of Ballet and Gymnastics. A career in Ballet, with incredible experiences lent its hand in exploring the Body's capabilities and the Power of Mind/Body connection.

What was evident though early on was how I loved using my body as a vessel for finding freedom of expression and how music was so intrinsically linked to that expression of movement. 


E-motion = Energy in Motion 


Now working as a Movement Coach, I am an advocate for listening in, taking our time, and enjoying the journey.


But the beauty is in the walking, we are betrayed by the destinations’


Also, a Meditation Coach and Sound Therapy Practitioner, I prioritise stillness, breath work and sound within my own practice and in my classes. 

Singing or chanting are daily rituals that I hold firm as key components to my overall wellbeing. There is not a day that goes by that there is not music, movement and singing in my home… or studio 😊

When music and the body as a vessel for expression are combined, it is pure, real, and healing.

Both Movement and Sound offer us this opportunity and Nasreen can help with providing space to do so.

It’s all in the journey, and our greatest gift to ourselves is presence within any practice.
