As a Movement Coach, Nasreen uses principles from a variety of techniques, including Pilates, Yoga
and Functional training to help support a client’s requirements, with a fun, informative and holistic
approach.
1 to 1 Training:
I absolutely love working with clients on a 1:1. I offer my knowledge and experience from multiple
movement modalities to best serve the client. These sessions can be studio or home based.
